Quick Launch is an elegant and handy Windows gadget that will let you launch your favorite programs, web pages, files and folders.
You can drag and drop shortcuts, folders, or files to the gadget window. If you drag a file to a folder shortcut on the gadget you can move it to this folder. Drag any files to the bin to recycle them, mouse over the recycle icon to see a count of the deleted items or click on it for more options.
The gadget auto-detects missing shortcuts and deletes them for you. If you moved the shortcut to a different folder, just re-drag and drop it to the gadget.
Save the .gadget file to install later, or run it to start using Quick Launch immediately
